Aileen provided excellent supervision that was both compassionate and tough, and very much responsive to my needs. She was patient when I needed patience, she challenged me when I needed a push, and she guided me when I needed direction. This was the approach I needed to develop and demonstrate the required competences within my two-year timeframe and survive the demands of training.
